General conditions of sale (CGV) for CF INNOV - Brand FRIXY Laundry Sheets

Effective date: January 1, 2024

1. Purpose These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the conditions under which CF INNOV offers the sale of its FRIXY brand products, in particular laundry detergent sheets, on the FRIXY website.
2. Products and Prices 2.1 The products offered for sale are those presented on the FRIXY website, accompanied by their respective descriptions. 2.2 The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC) and exclude delivery costs which will be specified when ordering.
3. Orders 3.1 Orders are placed exclusively via the FRIXY website. 3.2 Acceptance of the order is confirmed by sending a confirmation email to the address provided by the customer when ordering.
4. Payment 4.1 Payments are made online by credit card or any other means of payment accepted by the FRIXY website. 4.2 Payment is due immediately on the date of the order.
5. Delivery 5.1 The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. 5.2 Delivery times are indicated when ordering and are given for information only. 5.3 In the event of late delivery, CF INNOV undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible.
6. Right of withdrawal In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
7. Guarantees and liability CF INNOV guarantees that its products comply with the description presented on the FRIXY website. In the event of non-compliance, the customer may exercise his right to the legal guarantee of conformity.
8. Intellectual property The brands, logos, and other distinctive signs present on the FRIXY website are the exclusive property of CF INNOV. Any reproduction or use is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
9. Personal data CF INNOV undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data provided by the customer and to use them only within the framework of the commercial relationship.
10. Disputes In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the location of CF INNOV's head office.

By accepting these General Conditions of Sale, the customer acknowledges having read them and accepted them without reservation.
